A single cup of coffee may boost you with energy and stamina required for sex. Drinking 5 to 6 cups of coffee per day will instantly increase the level of cortisol in your body. It may flood the brain with stress hormones that negatively impact libido and thus, the sexual performance.
Alcohol may impact your ability to attain an erection. The higher amount of alcohol in the blood blocks the brain’s ability to sense the sensory and visual stimulations. It interferes the production of the male hormone, testosterone, thereby negatively impacting the sex time (low sex time.)
