    Hi Roohul! Hope you are feeling well but if you are deficient in these important vitamins then you may not be. Are you vegetarian? A lot of Vit B12 deficiencies are bcs of vegetarianism. Foods high in B12 are meat, fish and dairy and for Vit D fish especially oily fish like Salmon, Mackerel and milk of course. If your diet is not high in these foods you really need to use supplements and you will feel much better. There are lots of online options and these guys are the best in my opinion.
