    I am in my 1st trimester. What should be the appropriate exercise and specific foods that I should eat?

    Appropriate exercise during 1st trimester of pregnancy.

    1. walking
    2. Yoga
    3. Back exercises.

    Food during 1st trimester of pregnancy.

    1. Have good amount of green leafy vegetables.
    2. If you are having nausea or vomiting instead of having 3 heavy meals. Have little little 4 to 5 times a day.
    3. One food serving per day is advisable. change the food daily to get all the nutrition.
    4. Have food rich in Iron like dark colour jaggery, dates, if you are non-veg then liver of goat.
    5. Have calcium rich food like raggi, touf, soybean.
